✨Stick to your routines (as much as you can): routine makes us feel normal and allows us to create healthy habits that lead us towards our goals. Just because places are closed down doesn’t mean you have to fall off your routines. Workout at home, watch online videos, stay on track of your goals.
✨Shift your perspective. In ANY situation, there is always a silver lining. Your perspective is what will dictate your experience. Working from home? Saving money and time! Staying with family at home? A chance to reconnect with them! Can’t go out? Connect back to yourself. Out of work temporarily? Do that thing you’ve been putting off! You have all the time now.
